The Year of the Drone, Travel and whole lot of Fun!

As many of you know I teamed up with a few partners to form WonderTech, a leading edge drone technology company. I spent much of the year traveling the globe building the brand from the ground up, visiting factories in China, and meeting with buyers at some of the largest retailers in the nation. After a whole lot of tireless nights and overcoming ongoing obstacles, we got a big break with SamsClub.com in early December when we were featured on the homepage and we sold 3000 drones in 4 hours! Keep an eye out for us coming soon to store shelves near you.

If I wasn’t traveling enough for work, Sarah and I managed to squeeze a Europe trip in earlier this year to explore the sights and sounds of Switzerland visiting Zurich, Basel, and Interlaken. I made a pit stop in Germany to see Whitney, Klaus, Charlotte and Henry before heading back to NYC.

The summer kicked off with an amazing opportunity for me and Dad to venture up to Maine to build a wooden boat by hand together. After a week’s long “work” trip our boat embarked on it’s maiden voyage and floated! It has since made appearances in Time Square, Rockefeller center, Lake Lotawana and …. surprise future appearances across the country are in the works.

Next stop, Colorado, for the month of July with rendezvous starting the 4th of July to celebrate Sarah’s parent’s 40th anniversary in Keystone. Creede to relax at Little Squaw and a little trout fishing with Sarah’s parents. Denver to celebrate Sarah’s nephew’s 1st birthday. Back to Creede for more fishing with Mom. Back to Denver to see Brielle and Chris. Then off to Devil’s Thumb Ranch to celebrate Sarah’s brother’s wedding. And oh yeah, I grew a beard.

If the summer wasn’t busy already, Sarah and I moved into a new apartment in August and are loving furnishing and decorating our new home and carving out our own corner of NYC!

With the new year on the horizon I’ll be off to Las Vegas for the Consumer Electronics Show to debut our 2016 line of drones and cutting edge tech items. From Vegas I’ll be headed to Hong Kong for the Hong Kong Toy Fair. Happen to be in town? Come on by!
