Happy Holidays! With kids you never know what the next day will bring. We are thankful for every new day and the surprises it brings and for the days blessed with good health. We were able to visit some very beautiful places this year as a family – Fuerteventura, Spain and Torbole, Lake Garda, Italy. These trips gave us time to reconnect as a family and fill up on sunshine. At home we were all busy. Klaus was traveling quite a bit for work all around the world, and he is looking forward to time during the holidays for some well-deserved R&R. Mountain biking in the Alps, kept Klaus’s head clear and his body healthy in between business travel. Whitney slowed down her life by sorting out unnecessary activities and taking a Facebook hiatus (which will continue into 2016!) and focusing on Yoga & Meditation. She was able to really concentrate on the kids and to “just be”. Charlotte graduated Kindergarten and started 1st grade. She is LOVING school and is able to take part in a special art class (a chip off the ole’ Killip Block). Henry learned to ride his BMX bike and mountain bike this year and LOVES riding on the Pump Track at the local park. He was sad to see his sister move on, but he is making his own path now. We are looking forward to visiting the US in summer 2016 and hope to see many of you. Until then wishing you a Happy & Healthy New Year!
